学科方向:相对论天体力学,属于理论物理(计算与非线性物理、广义相对论)、天文学(天体力学、相对论天体物理)与数学(计算数学:辛算法、应用数学:混沌)的交叉领域

              

二、业绩简介

  广西大学君武学者特聘教授、二级教授、博士生导师。曾为南昌大学二级教授、赣江特聘教授、博士生与博士后导师、天文学研究所长;江西省天文学会创建人、常务副理事长、法人代表,江西省主要学科学术和技术带头人,江西省百千万人才工程人选。教育部天文类专业教学指导委会委员,国家基金委重点项目等通讯评议和会议评审专家,科技部国家重点研发计划重点专项项目会评专家,国家自然科学奖评审专家;全国优秀科技工作者,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。以第一或通讯作者在国内外天文物理SCI检索源期刊上发表论文100余篇;主持国家自然科学基金项目7项(重点1、面上3、专项2、地区1);荣获江西省自然科学一等奖和中国天文学会九十周年天文学突出贡献奖。

  主要致力于相对论天体力学研究。从事计算方法、非线性动力学、天体力学、广义相对论的教学与研究工作近20年,具有较好的知识积累。特别是在国内开设了相对论天体混沌研究的新方向,对旋转致密双星混沌现象做过深入研究,形成了比较系统的相对论混沌研究体系。具体体现在如下5个方面:(1)构造了流形改正方法、显隐混合辛算法和扩大相空间显式对称法,为研究后牛顿哈密顿系统提供可靠数值方法;(2)与合作者建立了广义相对论框架内不依赖于时空坐标选择的协变Lyapunov指数新定义和两粒子法的协变快速Lyapunov指标,为研究相对论引力体的混沌运动制订了可靠的判断标准;(3)设计了正则共轭旋转变量,完善旋转致密双星后牛顿哈密顿动力学理论,为旋转体后牛顿动力学可积性提供了判据,也为旋转体后牛顿哈密顿的辛算法应用提供了理论基础;(4)正确揭示了同阶后牛顿拉格朗日与哈密顿之间的关系,并给出了拉格朗日系统可积性判据,即由其等价的哈密顿的可积与否来确定;(5)利用恰当混沌指标、数值方法、正则旋转变量及后牛顿拉格朗日与哈密顿之间关系解决了国际上有关旋转致密双星混沌的3个争议。
